Fall extravaganzas!

I love this amazing time of year when the leaves change, and we are surrounded by all of these vibrant and beautiful colors! Here are some pictures of some of our fall adventures so far.

Primary program

Ever heard the phrase "take a picture it will last longer" That is exactly what I did on this morning that I had just a few minutes to spare before church. Which was a miracle in itself because we are always in a hurry with our 9 am church time. Even more a miracle, it was Gary's guard weekend so I got these kiddos in their fancies and ready by myself before 9am. For some that might not be such a big deal, but for me getting 3 kids bathed, fed, hair combed, teeth brushed, socks and shoes found and put on, not to mention the bag that needs to be packed with snacks and activities for these youngsters, this can be quite an uphill battle. So I was pleasantly surprised on this particular morning we were all ready and out the door with a few minutes to spare.
One of my favorite sacrament meetings was happening that morning, the primary program. All of the cute primary kids get to sing all of the songs they have learned and say a short part in the microphone. Jonah didn't have a part, he is still in Nursery. But here he is in his cute little gettup lookin spiffy!
Grandma jen came and watched him so I could help the primary kids if they forgot their parts. I was amazed that all of them did so well!
 Ryker's part was
" Through Jesus Christs example I have learned to be kind and to choose the right"
He nailed it. We practiced alot at home in funny voices to help him remember.
Look at this handsome young boy.
Violet got to sing Jesus wants me for a sunbeam with the other sunbeams.
They were all so cute!
She got the cutest I can be honest headband from church and she was totally acting like a ninja for the afternoon. I love this spunky little lady!
I love church and that my kids get to learn about Jesus and his great example.

Takin' a trip down memory lane

Cassie came in town for a get together. We don't get to see her much now since she is a muontain woman and lives in Jackson Hole, Wy. There's something great about having us all together in one place. It's a rare occasion so it's celebrated.
Here are the cute cousins playing duck, duck, goose.
Me and Casstopher Columbus. I love her free spirit and adventurous nature.
I love these pictures below, it makes me so happy to be all together with the people I grew up with. Sara is on the far left. I watched Sara grow up from a little girl, I was 13 when she was born. She was such a little dainty, girly-girl. I loved dolling her up and doing her hair. Cass and I were closest in age. We shared friends, clothes, played treasure trolls, and wore matching outfits when we were little. Dallen to my right is 6 years younger than me. He teased my teenage friends relentlessly and wrestled any boy that would dare come over to hang out with me. We have the same sense of humor. Summer to the right of Dallen is the baby. She had a crazy infectious laugh  when she was little, and she loved to pretend to be a dog. Tyler, my oldest brother, was always the strong silent type. he loved to jump out of dark corners and scare me. He does a really great impression of E.T. also.
 And here we are!
I also have two other sisters that are not shown in these photos.
Caiti and Annie.
I  remember the first time I met Caiti. My Dad and step-mom Franny were dating, Caiti was Franny's daughter, and she was about 2. I remember all of us piling in Franny's silver car to go to kids zone and sitting next to cute little caiti on the way. She had a kitty shirt on and big green eyes.
Annie was also born when I was older. We were all so excited to have a new baby sister. She always had her blonde hair in curls, and I brought her as my 5th grade show and tell.
What great memories I have of all of my brothers and sisters!
Big family's are pretty neat.
